Interesting. I long ago paid attention to the work of Dr. Linus Pauling and the multiple studies that highlight the distinction between a minimal dose ostensibly to prevent the onset of a clinical deficiency disease (mgs), and a physiological amount to support wider well being (Gs). However, I have yet to properly reconcile the discussion around a fat-soluble mechanism of ingestion (liposomal anchored C) with the physiologically water soluble means, which one instinctively gravitates towards.
The first citation you provided kind of indicates I should look into most of the other vitamins too, AND to go to the vitamin store and finally get good multivitamins:) I did also look into Paulings work, and forgot most of it if it was not for the EDTA stories, which indicate good hope for AZ...
Definitely the liposomal form for a water soluble molecule will make huge difference, possibly some of the VitC transporters are actually anchored in cell membranes, didn't check that out yet.. The more of the VitC binding, the better, alone when looking at the suffering cancers patients..
can you help me to understand better your mention of citric acid? CA has an extra molecule of oxygen or there’s another atom of oxygen in the molecule, so do you mean to say that it’s more effective than L-ascorbic acid? Thanks in advance 🙏 for responding.
I started using EDTA rectally as you recommended on another thread. I use about 2/3 calcium disodium EDTA and 1/3 glutathione. Do you know how much time it should take before I see some results/improvements?
