Part 1. of my post mentioned the LINE-1 human reverse transcriptase and its amino acid sequence, but only comparison was made between the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein and the HIV reverse transcriptase. Here few BLAST outputs showing the amino acids identities between the human LINE-1 and the Spike, whose genome is encoded by most of all the covid19 injection materials.
Only the programmers know the trick of bioinformatics software, who is using it, and when, how many times and what can come out. If you take the mentioned reverse transcriptase fragment of uniprot entry O00172 at: https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/O00172
and use the default parameters in order to compare it to YP_009724390.1, the official code for SARS-CoV-2 Spike, you will get, when the computer is freshly started: ‘No similarities found’. When you use your custom parameters you can get as much as 86% sequence coverage with ~48% of identities, or even better 78% seq. coverage and 67% identities. And when you THEN start BLAST in fresh window, suddenly you get 100% sequence coverage and 35% of identities, all in fragments smaller than ~20 amino acids. Few examples of all these homolog pieces:
Query 31 QNLL----KLISN-FSKVSGYKI 48 <- HIV RT
QN L KLI N F G KI
Sbjct 913 QNVLYENQKLIANQFNSAIG-KI 934 <SARS-CoV-2 SPike
Query 26 PMVSAQ--NL 33
P+VS Q NL
Sbjct 9 PLVSSQCVNL 18
Query 30 AQ--N-LLK-LISNF 40
AQ N L K L SNF
Sbjct 956 AQALNTLVKQLSSNF 970
Query 56 FL--Y--TNNK 62
FL Y NNK
Sbjct 140 FLGVYYHKNNK 150
and much more. But that’s not all. Among all the searches I just do not see for example this one, done by eye (formatting issue here, sorry):
KGI-QLG--KEEVKLSL--FANYII HIV
KGI Q + S+ F N I
KGIYQTSNFRVQPTESIVRFPNITN SPIKE
So BLAST is hiding definitely parts, which one can find, by eye.
Few consequence of this all here:
never trust or believe 100% governmental software, in particular its default parameters
watch your computer and the others who are watching it, by for example knocking them down while killing their processes (AI fight)
check Spike itself for its reverse transcriptase properties…
my trust is with you.
